Gastrointestinal infections, antibiotic therapy, dietary changes, weaning etc. are stressful situations that lead to considerable variation in the intestinal microflora & cause “sensitive” gut conditions. A combination of Probiotics with Prebiotics can provide much needed relief in such conditions by enhancing digestion & hence energy levels. PROBIOTICS+PREBIOTICS is a gut wellness formula containing high levels of two probiotics, Saccharomyces boulardii (2.5 billion CFUs) & Lactic Acid Bacilli (150 million CFUs); they enable the rapid re-establishment of normal bacterial flora in the gut while simultaneously stopping the growth of harmful ones. FOS & MOS act as prebiotics that aid the growth of these probiotics whileboosting digestion & energy levels. Zinc lactate enhances probiotic efficacy & gut immunity levels.
Recommended Dose (in sachets per day) :
Puppies & Kittens : ½ sachet
Cats & Dogs < 5kg : ½ sachet
Cats & Dogs between 5 - 15 kg : 1 sachet
Dogs between 16 - 35 kg : 2 sachets
Dogs >35 kg : 3 sachets
PROBIOTICS+PREBIOTICS has to be supplemented orally; either directly or mixed with food/water. (Mix with food/ water which is maintained at room temperature)

Lactic Acid Bacilli - 150 million CFUs
Zinc Lactate - 7.5 mg
Fructo Oligosaccharide - 4.8 mg,

We Usually ship Products in 1-2 Working Days. As soon as your package has left our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation by email. This confirmation contains a tracking number that you can use to find out where your package is.
Returns
We currently follow a No-return or exchange policy on our products. In case of significant transit damage/ different product received, please follow the instructions below. Write to us at pet360cares@gmail.com with the email subject “Transit Damage” or “Different Product” (as the case may be). This mail is to be raised within 2 days of the product delivery. Mention Order ID and send three clear photographs stating your case. Once our team completes case assessment, we will either offer you a repeat purchase (free of charge) or store credit, in accordance with our policy.

**In case of transit damage/ different product, the free repeat purchase, if offered, is a one-time event. In subsequent cases from same customer, charges may be imposed as per company discretion.

- If request is initiated after 2 business days of order delivery
- Product is used or altered
- Product is damaged due to misuse/overuse by the customer
- Photographs do not clearly show all product components & delivery packaging including invoice/ labels
- Items are purchased on specially discounted price or coupons
